I just came back from the DMV and registered two e30s. One was late by one month, the other just on time. Total came out to $292-

I don't even know why I'm posting this.

Reg here in Orygun is $57 for 2 years.

I registered the my e30 that I got for "$250" for less than 50 bucks. next year I will register my 81 528i for the last time EVER!!!

It's like 75 bucks here to register a car [initially] and get new plates. Renewal is something like 50.

You registered as in you just brought the e30s in from out-of-state, or you're just renewing the registration??

I pay $57/yr in TX for the e30 & $62/yr on my e46.

Renewing registration and transfer of title. But still, that's hella pricey compared to what you guys have to pay.

I live in LA also and it only costs me $50-58 to register the M3...same with the 325iS when I had it. Oddly enough the 325 was more expensive for some reason. So you're paying for all kinds of other stuff in addition to the registration.

YEa, my 318 was $46 last month.
