You think you R3V'd your pan?

Well, I havent driven the Car since Thursday night. All of the oil leaked out because the top oil pan is warped.
I filled it back up with oil and RTVed it to stop leaking. It has developed a "lopey" idle and it shakes left to right 3 inches due to the damaged motor mount. The ONLY reason i am starting it again is to get it 1/10th a mile down the road to German Auto to get a quote. And i will leave it there.
Im going to the legal Department tomm. Wish me luck.
I snapped some pics of the mount. Apparently it tore through the crossmember.
