That is Toasted. Utter shame best of luck getting pecopment out of his insurance.

My vert was involved in a hit and run and insurance company wanted me to suck up the deductible. I said no as I was not at fault as the car was in the driveway. Was hit buy a piece of construction equipment operated by an illegal alien, Wasn't home when accident happend but left trace paint on the car in Case yellow, and bobcat had green paint on it.

Needless to say constuction company payed full amount and extra for fleeing the site.

Well, it is THEIR responsibility to get you a rental car if you need one. You have the right to the rental car until you settle with them. They will be more apt to get you what you want sooner, since you are costing them DAILY for a rental.

i was in milwaukee parked on a street in west allis along with other cars.
this drunk driver came and smacked all the cars before and after my car.... some how, he rebounded into the street missing my car and dove back into carnage right after my car.
that was enough for me to know you dont park in the street!

Well, you're almost right.
They are obligated to provide you with replacement transportation up to the point they make you an offer on your car. If you don't accept the offer, that's your choice. At that point they can terminate the rental.
