    There are a few NZ M20's making 100+ hp/L.

      There was also a DOHC head in testing phase for it, i beleive only 5 where ever made, but they made the m20 breach the 1l/100hp barrier

            M20 motors were made for driving, and not racing. they are rediculously expensive to bring any HP out of, and what you do get, isnt worth talking about. esp. in comparison with the SB Chevy motors.

                eric, you missed the key word there! "were" made for.
                I am not trying to down the M20, just saying it WAS "made for drivng"
                The M20 isnt bad, and CAN be made fast, just costs alot of cash VS the other options out there.
