    Custom Insurance Policies?

Does anyone here have a custom insurance policy for their e30? I'm turning 25 soon and will be getting a HUGE break in my insurance and would like something that would cover all of my new parts and modifications. Blue book on these things isn't that great anymore, and the 10-12 grand I have invested into it would be a serious waste if my car were to get totalled. Some stuff I don't have receipts for, is it possible to just insure the car for extra money instead of each itemized part?
    Thanks.

im sure its possible. ive heard of some guys on DTM that insure it that way. how do you know youre getting a BIG break on insurance when u turn 25? when i turned 25, and i was going to drop my coverage to liability, the price wasnt much difference. and the car is payed for. (allstate)

I think you should have. With Country Companies, 25 - 64 year olds are in the same bracket. Mine is dropping 2/3 off what I pay now for liability insurance. After paying high risk a couple years ago and paying so high for so long, I can afford much better insurance. Not that it's much needed, I've never been in an accident. (knock on wood) :)

I had one ticket (7 over in a 35) almost 3 years ago, no accidents. I don't think it's on my record though.

get your car appraised by some private company and then have an "agreed value policy" with your insurance.
I had statefarm and the few issues I got into with my M3 I argued with then and got them to give it a value of $18.5k!! for an '90 M3 with 95k miles... that was my settlement when it got totalled.
