Was it from a late model M30?

I am not sure what year it was from. We just grabbed one of the many that was on a shelf. All 1985-1992 m30 AFMs are interchangable.

yeah I believe the e28, e34 AND(correct me if im wrong) the pre 93 e32's have em also.

Dont start to cry a river as i might put you on a list of people interested in one as i have one sitting next to me that i bought as just a free time hobby to work on but meh it kinda went sour and i "might" let it go for almost nothing i dont know yet i dont even at this point want to sell it but i will put you on the list. woah i need to take a deep breath.

thanks but I already have one (an "early" model one that supposedly won't plug right in, but the connector is the same and the electronics are identicle? :P )

maybe I will put it in eventually, basically I just need to buy a filter and make bracket and heat shield.

I think that all depends, but what ultimatly goes over that is a 328i FMU, or whatever you call it.
