I think it is 2 10mm bolts and one fluid line 11/14mm. Then hook up the pressure bleeder and get rid of the air. You might also replace the rubber line while you are there.
If you don't mind doing the work yourself, I'll provide the tools and a space in my shop. I'll supervise/drink beer and if you get in a bind, help you out.

My car is still on the lift so you are stuck with jackstands.

If the clutch is not slipping, it is likely fine.
