Just wanted to share my joy :D , just got it installed today, rebuilt 410 lsd, about 37% lockup, no more annoying whine. Not as much of a difference rpm's-wise from my 373's, but definitely a good upgrade.

the revs aren't that bad. I'm going about 80mph by 3500 (85 on the speedometer).Comment

Really? I guess I don't remember my 373's that well, right now with the 410's at 60mph I'm at just under 3000rpm.Originally posted by Speed25That's a pretty big difference from stock. At 3000 rpm I'm at 75mph.
randomtask37, you're at 2800rpm's at 50mph and 3000rpm's at 60mph? I can see 3k at 60mph but not 2800rpm's at 50mph... are you sure?

Can you explain why the difference in actual speed. I dont know if this is your case but, when I follow my girlfriend on the freeway, she is going 75mph while I have to go 80mph to keep up. I just figured it was the speedo.Originally posted by nandothe revs aren't that bad. I'm going about 80mph by 3500 (85 on the speedometer).

Yup, E30 speedos read high. I use the rough estimate of 5mph difference between actual and indicated speed, past 75mph indicated.Originally posted by aaron_silvaCan you explain why the difference in actual speed.
