    This is cracked pans

I thought this would be fun, post pics of your destroyed oil pans ;)

    Heres mine:

~20mph nicked the manhole when driving down the middle off the street, there were construction trucks on the sides of the road and it looked like a lot of dirt around them

May I suggest that everyone adds their suspention set up as well....(might be interesting to see who and what got taken out by what suspention)

Consult your local street department, should be covered, is around here if there's any damage to your car from the street.

Afterall, we pay taxes so our roads aren't crap. ;)

Good thread! - You're kicking me in the a$$ to put the skidplate at the top of my priority list when my S52 runs.

It's not how you handle the good times, but the faith you keep in the bad that defines you.

I shut it down right away after the impact, I just coasted with the car off for a while trying to figure out what happened and what I should do.

Yes, it just took out the lower pan. I shut off the motor slightly before impact.

It may or may not help, I had some reinforcements made and welded.

No pics, but I'm on number 4. H&R Cup Kit. Nothing like ~$1,600 in Oil Pans.

Yeah I am definitely gonna pickup a 666 skid plate this summer. My s52 pan hangs even lower and my car is still the stock height, its probably about 5 inches off the ground..
