sounds like a basket case to me. with that many miles and all the rust I'd pass for sure, unless you can get it dirt cheap ($500?), drive it into the ground and part the sucker out, if there's anything left of it.

Yeah, I already sent an email saying I would pass. But that blue e30 I found in NJ with only 76k miles, hmmm... Need to find me some money! And no one steal my car from me.
