    Natural Causes? Or Foul Play?

    Long story short.

    I was driving my car around, not on gravel roads or anything, just around town on pavement. Come home and eat dinner, about an hour or so later I leave hop in my car and start driving. Something was wrong, I made it about 2 houses before I stopped and got out to figure out why the hell my car was driving so weird.

    This is what I find...





    Looks like a stick from a pine tree. I have NO idea how it ended up through my sidewall, I can't even pull it out. I can't believe I ran over it because the tire would probably go flat really quick.

    Anyone have ANY idea how the hell this could happen? The only thing I can think of is someone might of stabbed my tire then jammed a stick in there to keep the hole open (although I don't see how that would make it better).. If it was in my tread I wouldn't even be asking this, but how the hell does a twig go through a sidewall???

          Yeah, if I was off roading or on a sketchy road I could maybe see it... but I was driving my car just fine an hour before I noticed it. If somehow that did happen while driving, I don't think I would drive too far on it.

              I would usually say clean your wheels, but what the hell man. How do you get a stick through a sidewall?

                  Thats what I'm asking lol, I don't see how its possible unless someone poked a hole in my tire and stuck it there. If so this will be the 3rd tire I have had "slashed"

                          Bad neighborhood, tires get slashed all the time around here, gets quite annoying... that and eggs.

                              I am convinced that a stick can't go through a sidewall without some help. I would say foul play but I guess weird shit can happen. Do you live my Area 51? The aliens did it.

                                  I have done that normaly on the truck though an dot on that angle. Looks like you got slashed agin.

                                                          I say natural causes. Itd be tough for a person to jab a stick through and not break it.
