7500 seems a bit low IMO

Check Ebay and the local market for otehr people selling similar cars.

cars are worth whatever someone will pay for them! The nicer and better it is maintained, the more its worth. I get a kick out of people on here trying to sell engine swap cars for these outrageous prices and they don't even do little things like paint the wheel wells, steam the engine bay, or detail the interior.

12,500 seems about right if it was well cared for. The E34 M5 is a hell of a car.

yea, 12.5k sounds right. if you can go lower there's no reason not to though. but be careful, if he's been trying to sell it for 4 months, there may be some major problems with it, definitely get it inspected if you don't know what to look for

The E34 M5 is a $20k car, if you catch my drift.

KBB is not very kind to older cars. $12.5k sounds a little steep but not to bad, the car would have to be extremely clean. i looked at Autotrader yesterday and saw a few sub 20k mile '95 M3's from $35k-45k....now that's retarded. one of them was a 6k mile '95 LTW...but still, we're talking E46 M3 money now. back OT, if it's very clean, full history etc. it's probably not to far off the real money.

KBB is great when your trying to buy an older car. Print off the price quote it gives you as well as the parts the car needs and then use it to haggle a price down. Has worked great for me in the past.

Thats a pretty good price imho, depending on engine condition.
