thank you, i understood this the day i bought it.

after i sell my SE-R i will have a good 6500 that i am going to put towards a late model 325is. it is going on the market this week.

yeah, you are right. thanks. and i have kinda changed my opinion slightly on my e30. i am still going to drive it and keep it, but i am not going to do any performance mods or anything like that. before i had a slight inkling to do it, but now it is a solid no. plus an 'e' isnt the best platform to start out with. i would rather S50 swap into a 91 318is. or get a 325is and turbo that bitch. and i am going to be getting a front end that i am going to keep and one day in the future i am going to put it onto the 325es. i kinda want to start my brother out on the right foot with a dependable dd. so i will be passing the car onto him. and he doesnt care how it looks.

yeah it is repairable, just takes some resources i dont have at the moment.

i dont plan on r3ving the engine! though last night i think i came pretty close.

and thanks. my mom has been drilling that shit into my head for a long time. and i got lucky with my career at such a young age. but yeah. enough of that, back to E30's!

I admire your enthusiasm towards this car. It is a POS because you can't even fix the frame damage to it. It does run and drive which is a good thing, and I am happy. You and I and everyone else knowes your car is crappy and if you are happy with it, then so am I.

The point we are all trying to make is that that car is junk. I hate to call an e30 that, but some did get fucked up in their lives, like yours did. We are trying to save you from dumping lots of cash into a car that will never be anything great to look at, expecially when a nice, solid e30 can be had for way less than that car will take to be 100&#37;

Good luck with what you do with the car. Again, your heart is in the right place, where just making sure your brain can override your heart;) Sometimes it's for the better.

I work for an electrical engineering firm. i personally am an electrical designer. so i am not an engineer, but i am not a draftsman so to speak. we specialize in open area, street lighting, water and wastewater. i work more on the water/wastewater side of things. we create booster pump stations, pressure reducing stations and wastewater plants. the largest one was 3.5 million gallons. we design all these things for arizona, we havent moved out of state yet because the company is only 9 people. but it is fun.

and i know that you guys are trying to help me, but sometimes i am stupid:D

and i am not going to put anymore money into the car. just oil and the regular maintenance. i can live with no front end. lol

i do, and i can put more money into the car. but after all you guys have been giving me your .02 cents it has affected my opinion somewhat. and i have realized that it isnt worth it.

i have been fucked in the past before. i got t-boned by a women with no insurance in my SE-R. the insurance company was going to total my vehicle and give me 5 grand, when i still owed 10 grand on it. and i didnt have any other transportation, and i was stupid. so i footed the bill to have it repaired myself. 5300 dollars later it was fixed, but i should have just taken the 5 grand and move on to another vehicle. so i am trying to learn from my mistakes and shit. it is a slow process.
