My cruise control doesn't function anymore. Fuses fresh. Relay's fine, even replaced just to check. I'm thinking a vacuum somewhere, something that holds the pedal down. Any ideas?
There is a wire behind the instrument cluster that is connected to the output of the speedometer. I don't know if this is what the cruise control uses as a reference or if it sends a signal to the OBC (or both) but my cruise control started failing intermittantly ever since I was fooling around back there. When I pull out the cluster and wiggle the wire and put it back in place, the cruise works fine for a while and then goes back to the intermittant problems.

Yes the wire at the green connector is for the cruise control. Some later cars have 2 wires, one would go to the ECU for a top speed governer. This can be unplugged safely, and will disable the governer with no side effects. So go back there and start messin with stuff, haha.
