2007 335i is one AMAZING car!!! I test drove one at BMW Performance center and this thing is unbelievable! It is seriously a wolf in sheep's clothing. BMW did an incredible job on this engine! It handles like an M too!

If I had the cash to buy one, I would get one and stick a Kaaz unit in the thang.

More fun to drive than the E60 M5. With the auto. Awesome, awesome car (and 405wtq with the Vishnu piggyback and cat-back).

I found the clutches to be a big weakpoint. Other than that, and no LSD, I really like them. They're no go-kart by any means, but make for a great GT car.

                      Damn,

A black 335iT 6 speed with the M package would be a fast and fun DD

^ Yeah, BMW's thing now is that only their M cars get an LSD. I think that's stupid--did BMW forget what kind of cars they make?

With that said, I saw a 335i coupe the other day. It was black on black, and with it's angel eyes running, it looked fucking mean. IMO it's the hottest car BMW's come out with since the E24 6-series.

I assume you can't take an e46 LSD diff and swap into an e90/e92?

I know back in the 80's/early 90's most differentials were interchangeable between 3-5-7 series
