lets see how many mods you have done

I got me 1985 325e in 8th grade for $3,000. When I got it it looked like this. http://i170.photobucket.com/albums/u...6/scan0001.jpg I started my mods by going eibac pro springs and bilstien sport shox and a Rd sway bars. Then I added 8mm wires a TMS chip and ureatane bushings all around. The next thing i did was an exhaust with no cat and bavauto headers. After that I got 17in ADR rims and Some some peaces to the BMP RS body kit at that time I had RD side skirts. http://i170.photobucket.com/albums/u...ck16/mye30.jpg . It was at that time I wun the Bavauto photo contest. After about a year or 2 I ripped out the carpets and got a full carpet kit from BMW and some Recaro SE seats and MOMO stearing wheal. O I forgot I replaced the engine to a newer 89 325i engine and a 4:10 lsd dif but soon went to a 3:91. I finished my bidy kit with BMP RD side skirts and an M3 wing. Then I got a set of 18in TSW revo's, M3 mirras role bar and euro smileys not in yet. http://i170.photobucket.com/albums/u.../3bmwspeed.jpg . I dont have any pic's with the new miras. Just recently I got rid of the Bavauto headers and went to the verry rair RD headers. http://i170.photobucket.com/albums/u.../limerock2.jpg. I know I am leaving somthing out. O a short shift ki C from Bavauto and much more. I am allmost dun. Last winter I got a 89 325ix for $500 and have been working on that as well. http://i170.photobucket.com/albums/u...6/CIMG0648.jpg . Sow how far has your e30 come?????????

More money has been spent than I care to admit on car modifications...I don't even want to try and list anything off.

Most have way to much to list and thinking of all the money spent on their cars makes them feel sick. I know I feel that way but it is totally worth it, imo.

Nice car! The BMP kit doesn't look bad, but I heard the E28 kit they sell fits like crap...

I've replaced basically everything on the car, steering, trans, clutch, driveshaft, diff, interior, exterior, etc.. at least once. The chassis has 225k miles and is daily driven, and is basically a new car. Only thing untouched is the engine, and I'm building a Racing Dynamics K27 stroker to take care of that.

I also rebuilt it from a $4800 estimated damage claim from a T-bone with new BMW parts. Thanks Mr. DodgeDakotaAsshole.

I don't even want to actually add up a total. The PO bought it new from BMW, I still have the original Germany order papers. They have full dealer-only records totaling $21,000 in service work from 1985-2000. I picked up from there, and probably have the total at nearly $40k in maintenance and mods. But like I said it's basically a new car.
