In the stock 325i beater...I get about 25ish MPG.
    I have a 750iL as a Daily Driver...there I get about 11-18 MPG

My OBC's average MPG is 24ish on the Eta. I can't actually calculate it since the odometer is broken. A lot of it is in town driving or taking the freeway 1 exit [the 3.25 diff probably doesn't help MPG much]. We'll see how it does with the B25 motor in there.

Really? When my car was an 'e' I was getting upwards of 27-28 MPG even with the chip...when I wanted to, that is.

I havnt seen more than 24 mpg in mixed driving in a long long time. In around towning i get like 17mpg. I think i need a warmer thermostat. In this cold weather the car never reaches the first tick past the blue mark on the temp gauge.

On the plus side, even when really flogging the car on back roads i still get about 22mpg. Its the stop and go that really kills it.

My OBC is totally inaccurate. It'll tell me 34 mpg if i reset when i get on the higway. I have 19lb injectors. Can someone tell me how to recalibrate for the OBC for them?

Also, the gas around here is all 10% ethanol. Is that the same in the rest of the country?

It's kind of hard to recalibrate the OBC...they use chips (the white thing with the tabs) plugged into the back to determine your fuel economy.

The only thing I can even think of to suggest is to figure out your fuel mileage manually, find a BMW that gets similar gas mileage and has a compatible OBC chip, and use that.
