    Shadowline Finished!!

i am officially in the shadowline club now. Just finished up my trim and man I am glad that's over. I wouldn't want to do this again, so I hope this SEM holds up. Really not that difficult, just kinda tedious and I am not known for my patience. Anyway, to all that offered advice, tips, etc., a hearty Thank You. To anyone who hasn't done this yet and is considering doing it, go for it. It is worth the effort.

    Pics of the finished product?
Did you remove all of the trim, or paint on the car?

        Pics added

Alright. I will try to post some pics by tonight. I removed all the trim except for the pieces underneath the quarter windows. I just washed it so I'll go take some pics.

This might just be me but I don't like full shadowline on non M cars. It's too much. I like the half shadowline treatment like on the 88-91 cars, black/chrome.

shadowline cars look alot better IMO. I painted mine while it was still on the car. Next time i do it i want to learn how to take it off. I'm starting to get a few chips.

I guess now would be a good time to move this post to another forum, say appearance and cosmetic, or member's rides. Sorry Jordan ;)

I have never seen pics of shadowline that actually look good (most to small to tell anything). Really makes the car look slick. Not sure I like the kidneys done though.

Whole car looks VERY good! I like the "black" look.

And those rims look great on there :!:

Shadowlining refers to the process of painting the chrome window trim black.
