Just a general question, but I have $150 to spend on my car, but I'm not sure where to start. I was thinking about working on the lighting aspects, but there are so much. Just wondering what you guys thought about it.

+2 - or at least a can of satin black. White grills haven't been cool since Wham and Duran Duran were in the Billboard 20, and they weren't really too cool even then.
It's not how you handle the good times, but the faith you keep in the bad that defines you.

Buy yourself a suit so you can get a real job and have more than 150$ to spend on your car. Man I hate threads like these. /rant
As time went on, the factory developed the car each year, making it faster, more comfortable, and capable of handling at higher speeds.
You don’t want this. You want the trickiest, most dangerous, oldest model you can find. Only then can you prove to the world that you’re a man.

First of all, I'm gonna get the grills finished, but should I buy the euro grilles, keep mine and paint them satin black, or just buy regular black grilles? Secondly, the maintenance that I do need are my fogs. For some reason, they just are not working. I changed the bulbs, but still nothing. After asking a friend who's knowledgeable, he said that it could be an electrical problem, because of water spraying up when it rains. Is this common, or do you guys know what this could be?

I'm going to be nice here, nicer than others might be, so consider yourself lucky.
1.) We don't care what you do to your grills, or which ones you have. If you want Euros, buy them. If you just want a $6 can of satin black as a solution, go for it. Heck, leave 'em white if you like them that way. You have your own brain, use it to decide for yourself what you want for your car, and if you want pink grills because they make your car look like you want, do it. You are the only person you have to answer to.
2.) If you can't figure out what's wrong with your foglights, how do you seriously expect us to figure it out? You have the distinct advantage of having the problem car in front of you. If you want the fogs to work bad enough, you'll search the forums, get a service manual, and a multimeter and figure it out, and in the process you'll learn stuff for yourself. Keep at it long enough and you might get pretty good at it.
3.) Really search the forums. There is quite useful info with no waiting if you type a few key words and hit the 'search' tab.
Bottom line - These are 20 year old cars, each with a different history, and each owner has his/her own vision of what they want their car to look like. Persue your own vision, and if a semi-problematic (just by virtue of age guys, don't jump my butt here) 20 year old car is too much for you, go lease a new Kia.
That was the nicest I could come up with. Feel free to call me all sorts of names, but I stand by what I just said.
It's not how you handle the good times, but the faith you keep in the bad that defines you.
