Bilstein warranty.

Bilstein shocks are not warrantied on modified suspensions (stiff springs). They also will not warranty a shock with a film of oil on the rod or shock body. I always thought that this was a sign that they had "blown". Bilsteins website says this is a normal occurrence and does not require replacement. Better not mention those 400# to 500# springs on your E30. If they leak - too bad.

I roll tokicos. They are ok. I needed shocks quick when I first bought my car and suprisingly NOPI was clearing the set of shocks and springs for 200 bucks. They ride ok, but I will move to a full billstien kit when it is time to replace the current set up.
