I think that might be the dyno spooling down.
oh yeah, after he runs, it sounds like a jet flying overhead - like right after a minute
but i meant when he's gunning it, it sorta sounds like an old-school (ala WWII) fighter jet :54-:58

By using a turbo calculator based on your results

        you should be running 409hp@6500

What boost are you running?? I need that to finish calculating,

Is it 0.85bar?? if so then my calculations should be correct

        I suggest longer diff ratio,

Total money invested in the engine is probably around 6k, I might just run 9psi, if it puts down this much at 9, there is no need for 15ish.

Look into "Centerforce" for a clutch that will easily handle that power.

                    Ok,

I have calculated this left and right and the numbers aren´t adding up,

Without boost and the engine as it is, a 2800c engine at 5800 with an efficiency of 85% will make 183hp at the flywheel according to the red graph thats 153hp at the wheels wich is used to calculate the efficiency of the engine according to first dyno run without turbo,

at 9psi the same engine will make at 3700 188hp with 0.61bar at the flywheel,

I just cant get 230hp at the flywheel except going above 100% efficiency of the engine wich you probably don´t have, especially with 8.1 compression and 12valve design
Unless with some bizarre cam design

                    Especially when a 9psi 325i 24valve makes about 330hp@6000rpms with 10:1 compression, I calculate your 2,8 getting 323hp@flywheel@6400rpm@9psi

I am not doubting you , it´s simply amazing the power you are getting
Are you sure the blue graph isn´t at the flywheel corrected, that would make instant sense, because 327ft at 3700 is simply a mind blowing figure,
Or the wrong gear used, is your 4th 1:1??

Also I know some swedes with a 1,5bar M20 2,7 that gets 420hp you would be at 502hp with 1.5bar, 80hp is just to much of a diffrence for 100cc and these guys build these engines from scratch and are experts. I used there turbo calculator at www.bsmotor.com

Wow, I dont knwo what to say... We were doing 4th gear pulls, and both are rear wheel figures. I guess we will find out for sure when I get a new clutch, Its going to be nuts! After driving it today, IT PULLS LIKE NO OTHER, especially 5th on the freeway, no need to downshift, 60-80 is VERY fast.

Very good numbers Matt! As I said before, I cant wait to see the results when you get your new clutch in and maybe turn up a little boost?
