I have been standing there when a hot rod with a 454, with blower and straight pipes revving it to the moon (like 5 grand) with 3 cops standing there and watching. It was seriously deafening, and I saw windows everywhere shaking (we were in the middle of a store area).
2 minutes after the hot rod left, some guy with a honda started his car up (didn't rev or anything) and got an exhaust ticket from 1 of those same cops.
