BMW Seattle didn't make any attempt to really do anything, rather quick to answer, and in general pretty useless, however I'm sure they had somebody else who was helpful as Derek described.
I can't comment on I-5 Motors, as I've walked around but in general was ignored.
I talked to alot of local dealers when looking for the E46 M3, and in the end while its coming from the East Coast, it was nice to have 2 dealers that really did try and help (Fife and Bellevue)
M-Cars was another awesome place, talked to the owner for awhile on the phone, and dropped by a few times, really nice place and a true enthusiast shop. Sadly prices on E46's are just high on this coast vs the east.

I've seen it both times that I was there. The first time when we bought the Volvo, Terry was going to introduce me to you but you were already gone. And then the second time when I went in to pick up the plates, but I didn't have my car.

As for BMW NW, I've had good and bad experiences there. They actually send work to us, and their parts guys bend over backwards to help us out when we need a dealer only item. George is a great guy. The two shops have a good relationship which is nice. On the other hand I can say that at times the place does give off a negative vibe. A few of our customers have complained, and my own mother felt like the people there were less than friendly once when I sent her to pick something up for my M5 a couple years ago. That said I would definitely still deal with BMW NW, I think overall they're a good place and the reality is every business drops the ball once in a while, what counts is how it's handled.sigpicFormer professional wrench thrower.
