Trade my ps3 for '85 325e???

There is a local guy with a '85 325e. I was thinking about trading my ps3 for it because he wants to. Should I do it? Its got about 180k on it but I haven't gone to look at it yet. 5-speed...leaks some oil from what he says. What y'all think?
