Knowing all of this about a fuel cell makes me nervous to drive without one. I am willing to believe that this will be the next major (and somewhat unnecessary) safety feature added to cars. Paranoid soccer moms will buy into it. Even if this raised the cost of the car by $1000, and there were enough scare tactics on TV I am sure people will start ditching their cars and only buying the ones that have a fuel cell in lieu of a standard gas tank.

I'm not locking it, I don't really care enough. Besides, I wouldn't want to aggravate you, TJ.

I've been eyeing the well cell myself, all depends on how my factory tank looks when I drop it. Might por-15 fuel tank seal it and keep it, but I like the idea of fuel cell.

Josh, you live right next to one of the biggest manufacturers. FuelSafe is in Redmond.
    Fuel Safe Systems
    250 SE Timber Avenue
    Redmond, OR 97756

Stop by on lunch and talk em up, report back. I understand they're awesome guys to work with and they can make a cell in any shape ordered.

You can allway fab up something that ill hold the tank lower to the grown. but i do agree factory location is best.

Everyone has their opinions but scales tell me the car balances a lot better with the gas in back. I did go to a motorcycle battery and moved it behind the passenger seat, other than that no changes from the last time I balanced.

You'll be surprized what kind of mileage that thing will get. I got 28mpg in my firebird with the LT1 motor.
