Smoked or red Parking and side markers on black car?

Black car, taillights have already been painted all red. I was thinking about smoking the parking and side markers however it seems painting them red might be more appropriate. What do you guys think?

Yeah.. just as retarded as the parents who put the red reflector on their kid's bicycle or the idiots who install the red bulbs in the front parking lights.

ok cool cause I was leaning more towards red.

So will smoked parking and side markers look good even though I don't plan on smoking my headlights and the rear is red?

you have black bumper trim right? yeah it will look fine. I'd go with some sheets of the darker laminx rather than the tint spray, it'll look better and last longer.

yes. smoked front parking/markers look good as they blend with the black trim better. headlights don't have to match.

cool, I'll smoke them. I was thinking about using some Testors dark gray or something like I did my tails (with red Testors though) Is Laminxthe brand of spray paint?

Smoked always looks good, but I did always like the red sidemarkers on kevin's car.

Leaning all red. IMO looks good, as most smoked diy is to dark.

I think I will do smoked and if I don't like it, I will go red. Maybe I should try red first. that would probably thinner off easier and the smoked would sit better on redish/amber than vice-versa....
