Pirelli is junk. Seriously. Wouldn't touch them even if you gave them to me.

Thats all fine and dandy, as your opinion.. and nothing more.

What is the best tire you have ever had on your vehicle?

for example..... I used to have Bridgestone SO-3's on my M3. When I wore those out I got Yoko ES100's Most people swear by ES100's like they are a godly tire.

let me tell you.... ES 100's SUCK compared to my old SO-3's

So "Pirelli's are like so fuck3n goodzorz" is likely a biased opinion based on lack of experience. Just as is everyone here speaking the world of ES100's

Either A) Save your money and buy Yokohama ES100's, or B) For the same money but Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3.

                more comfort

im looking for a more comfortable ride with these tires because the tires i have now suck ass... Cooper Zeon 2XS... only reason I got those was because they were free because my dad owns a tire shop and he supplies Coopers and Pirelli's and he wanted to test them out...

So...WHY the fuck Ferrari ( abig name on cars) choiced or putted Pirellis in his cars or at least in this one Jordan???? Pirelli rocks!!! even in the Off road "AT " rubbers are extremely awesome tires!!!

You're ride will be somwhate comprimised with a 17", 40-series tire.

F1 GS-D3's get neaarly identical ratings for comfort/noise on Tirerack.com

Most people on this board aren't about to cough up the money for SO-3's. For the money, ES100's are a pretty damn good tire.

Check out tirerack.com and look at the reviews and comparison tests of "ultra-high" and "max" performance tires. Its a pretty good source of information.

No shit the ES100's suck compared to S03's. You look at the price? The two don't even compare. The ES100 is the best tire in the price range and way better then settling for Kumho's or some other crap tire.

The only thing I've heard about Pirelli's is that they are a hard tire. Jordan you say Pirelli's suck but you give no examples. Maybe try giving a real world situation in which they sucked instead of a generic "Pirelli is junk". And I agree with Brew, check Tirerack's review section, they have some pretty useful information.

if you have 14" wheels, I don't think there are any better tires than the ES 100s.. that said, with my BBS I'm going with Bridgestone RE750, although I may snag another set of ES100s to use on the bottlecaps during autocross, cause I tore the shit out of my tires last weekend!

I've had Pirelli's P700 and I can tell you on wet conditions they suck, a race slick has more traction but on dry conditions
