I have driven PZero Nero's on a 993 turbo, never would I buy that tire. Just too slick for me, and the tread life is absolute shit. I would take some potenza S-03's any day.

fROM MY experience,I d say that Bridgestone tyres have a somewhat harder compound than Michelins and Pirellis I ve driven...Michelins on the other hand are sticky (softer compound),thus grippier and the tread life is impressive for such a soft tyre.
A good tyre can really tranform a car's feel for the better or the worse,so make the best choise for your money (I d buy Michelin tyres).

I think a lot of the italian manufacturer's go with Pirelli because A) Pirelli is an Italian company. B) When the P-Zero System first came it, it was pretty damn good (the world has moved on since then) and C) Pirelli has some modular assembly lines that allow them to build small runs of odd-sized tires.
