All that damage from that itty bity tree? That sucks.

My Jetta chopped through a tree that was easily twice that size. Guess you weren't going fast enough ;)

Terminal velocity may have had something to do with that J ;)

Good to hear you're alive Drew, godspeed with your recovery.

Thank god you made it out of that wreckage alive, that is AMAZING!

As said above, that has to be one of the worst wrecks I have ever seen.

Good to hear you made it out alive, that's incredible. My prayers are with you...

I can't believe that tree is still standing. Glad you're alright - also hope you're back in e30 action soon.
Driving is the only way to go faster....

              Glad you're getting better.
My initial reactions, wow, i really can't believe that the tree IS still standing. Second, was that a bunch of cash all over the front passenger side floor with those playing cards?? They look like 20 dollar bills to me for some reason. Anyway, it's a shame it had to happen, but honestly, if you came out as well as you did from that accident, I would find it hard to NOT buy another e30. It did a damn good job of protecting you while the car got destroyed. Just buy a '90 or '91 with an airbag so it's "that much safer".

If he had had an airbag he'd likely be dead..it would have taken his head off. he was better off w/ out it.

Only 91's came with airbags. Hey jordan do you have pics of your jetta?

Do you recall about how fast you were going when you lost control? Just wondering what kind of speed it takes to do that kind of damage to an e30.

Someone sure must be looking out for you up there.
