randomtask37 involved in accident, hurt but alive

Ok, so that you all know..he will not be on for a while. Fri nite around 12 pm he slid off the road and into a tree down an embankment. He is doing ok, however will have to remain in the hospital for a while, as he broke his ankle and his knee. Also his nose and whatnot else may be broken as well. The car is totally destroyed, they had to cut the roof and the doors and stuff off to get him out. We are all very sorry and hoping he gets better soon. :(

I wasnt sure if it was the right guy and i went searching through his posts and noticed his last post was 10 minutes before this happened maybe it was later on like 12 30 am.

Its sad to see another gorgeous e30 gone.

one lucky bastard though none the less

:( Glad to hear he is ok, that is what matters most. Shame about the car tho. Any more details or photographs?

$5 says his tires had something to do with it.

sorry about the vagueness of the title.

Neway. he was going a supposed 50 mph, braked a little to strong on a turn...and due to the condition of his tires no doubt, and the severe amount of gravels on the road, the car slid sideways and shot off the side of the road. He hit a tree on the left front head on...and it stopped at about the dash. The steering column was pushed to the roof, and his foot was caught under the brake pedal, they had to cut it off too. Now IMO...to do this much damage..he had to be going more than 50. I've hit a tree about 50 in a miata..and it didn't tear the car up that bad...
