Compression and stroker info for a 2.9 or 3.1

Couldnt you just use 325i pistons so no shaving down needed and 328i rods, head, block, and s50 crank will work also right ? with s50 cams and tray with s50 cam springs if you want to rev that thing.. This is what i thought correct me if im wrong please.. It should be like a 2.9L and 11:3-5.1 i belive...

How bout mixing in some ethanol? Or going full ethanol if you can remap.
But it would unfortunately be E dependant.
