What part of So Cal? The Sun Valley area/ San Fernando Valley has a decent variety of BMW junk yards from pick a parts to shops that dismantle and sell over the counter. Search: Juknyards los angeles, All the info's there. Bavarian BMW in rancho cordova seems to have alot of e30 stuff. there on ebay.

        That's probably the best pik a part^

There's a over the counter place down the street from there called ?Harouts? but there pricey for used parts. BMA is a good place to go for parts that you don't want to get from a scrap yard <and possibly cheaper than harouts???

Yeah, BMA's cheaper than just about anywhere and can get you nearly anything. You can call ahead there and they usually have your parts ready within a couple hours, and you can pick them up directly at their place or they'll CA overnight them. What I do is pick up from BMA on the way to the junkyards...;)

In Burbank on Victory between Alameda and Western, on the west side of the street. Open business hours during the week and 9-1 or so on Saturdays. Good folks to deal with too.

There are a few Pik-a-part yards in Wilmington (LA Harbor area) that aren't bad. Also a decent one in El Monte (west of the 605 between the 10 & 210). I've been to the one in Ontario (Milliken Ave between 10 & 60 Freeways) and Riverside (off the 60 freeway). Lots of E30's in these yards, most are in the yard due to automatic transmission going south at 150-200K or a broken timing belt.

Its rare to find a 2002, E12, or a E21 in the yards. Always look to see the car has been upgraded to H1/H4 lights, that's a score.
                  74 2002tii (many mods)
                  86 325 (sold)
                  88 325is (sold)
                  89 325i (totaled)
                  91 318is (parted out)
                  91 318i
                  98 Tacoma Prerunner (parts hauler)

I was at the Wilmington PYP's this afternoon. The location South or PCH had fewer E30s than the other one, but the cars were in MUCH better condition.

I'll drive to Wilmington just cause it is so much cooler there than inland... right on the water.

                      hey hey hey :)
that BMA sounds good, never been there before.

as far a Harout prices, phew !,
they wanted $ 120 for a bottom half rear iC seat, so i threw it over the other yard.
Walked on over there and asked the guy if he had BMW seats, he said no, and I said "YES YOU DO", went to the back, retrieved it and gave him $ 20 on the way out, happy camper ;)

H's quoted me $ 3,500 for an e30 m3 rear clip, from B pillar to B pillar, no subframe nor trailing arms !!! LOL

try the guys nearer the corner, All Star, same side of the street as H's.
They also have another yard a few blocks away, nice guys.
