When I was 13 there was this blue diving board 325 coupe sitting at a repair shop by my house for over a year. I wanted it. The color was sweet and the shape of the car was awesome-I didn't even know it was a BMW until I finally went and looked at it, it was like an added bonus. Then I started saving for one at 14 and was all set to get one when I was 16. But I spent the money I saved for an E30 on a trip to Germany my senior year of high school. While there I saw several E30 M3's and many other nice E30's and I wanted one even more. So when I got back I started saving again. I think I was 19 or maybe 20 when I got a 1984 318i. The heater core wnt on it about a year and a half or so later and it's still sitting waiting to be fixed. Last fall I got a 1990 325i in Pittsburgh and drove it home. That was a fun 14 hour drive. Now I'm 25 and my favorite car is still an E30 M3 in silver with red interior. Someday I'll have one
