cool pics, but what happens during a drought?

They shut them all off. Thankfully its been a while since there has been a drought in KC. Our weather changes too much for that to happen.

These are just two. There are at least 15 fountains and like 7 on Ward Parkway (where the Richers live) so after I turn in my final project tommorow I might go shoot some pics while nobody is at the plaza.
