Use a nail set and hammer to bend the dent back the other way. Then fill it in with bondo. I don't know how big of a dent bondo is supposed to fix but I have filled in some really huge fist sized dents with it on my beater. So far the bondo has not chipped or cracked or fallen off but its been less than a year since I did the repair I guess its just a matter of time.

I think the smaller, more civilized WRX scoop would be better

I ended up copying this thread here.
S2000 Under The Hood - DIY: Vented Aluminum Hood - After posting some pictures, I received some requests for a DIY thread. Rationale for this mod: I wanted a vented hood for three reasons. 1. To let heat (from header, engine, & radiator) escape from engine bay 2. To get cooler air into intake 3. To use the low...

I mad a 6x8" hole just behind/above my exhaust side of the turbo, with an air cutoff, and then sanded the crap out of it.

It actually looks really good..... Pics in a couple days when I trailer the damn car home.

Trent is for some reason a major proponent of hood vents (functional, mind you). Ask him. Havent seen him around in forever.
