      mobil1 5w30... i am contemplating going a little thicker just for expiromental reasons however.

        Shell Rotella Synthetic 5W-40. It is a hydrocracked Gp III. $16 and change at WalMart for a 4 qt jug. :mrgreen:

          Used BMW oil for a long time but I think its just regular Castro which is what I use now. Mobile1 in the Mercedes and Motorcraft in the Ford. Basically whatever they reccomend.
