I've heard that H&R race are pretty much the same spring but are better for the proper rake/stance on plastic bumpered/high arch cars. Any thoughts?

The springs have the same spring rates, and I have heard the exact same when it comes to stance.

so maybe 1 spring pad in the back and none up front and the car will sit evenly?

two spring pads in the rear none in the front.
