I have them installed with B-Sports. Stock sways, no camber plates, Treehouse Racing CABs and worn rubber bushings throughout. Its definately livable for daily driving. They do ok for the occassional track day but body roll still is apparent. If my E30 were a track only ride I'd loose these springs and go GC.

i have stock 14" weaves and some bilstein shocks..will it get rid of alot of wheel gap? that's all im really trying to accomplish and those seem to be the best livable and largest drop of plain springs

The biggest complaint I hear about these springs is that the front is not low enough compared to the rear.

I second Jon325i's comments. The F/R drop is not really an issue on early cars, it is a little different on the plastic-bumpered cars.

I daily mine and track mine and love the setup. I am running IE3 with Koni SAs, stock sways (till the STs go in), THR CABs, and strut bar. I love the way the car sits and feels. For daily driving it is a bit firm, but you get used to it and never realize until you drive something else for a week. Then you get used to your car in about an hour again. At the track I have loved how it feels. I can't wait to get the ST sways in, but they are an excellent spring IMO.

it says on the site its a 2" front drop and 1 1/2" rear drop.

Run no spring pads and it helps. I don't mind it, but you are right. Some say to drop the front a bit.

Run 2 spring pads in the rear and no spring pad in the front. This helps remidy the reverse rake.

Ok suckas.....here's a shot of my car to give you an idea of this whole rake (or lack thereof) with the IE Stg 3s....

BTW, I'm not running any spring pads either (front & rear). The wheels are euroweaves and the tires a Falken Ziex 512s 225/50s.

Does not running spring pads have any ill effects?

If you had the correct rear fenders, everything is cool with the IE3s:-D
