Its official, I don't like the DMV/Vehicle Reg Offices

I had 2 things to do today, first was to switch my license over to my new house

nope, DMV is closed on mondays, ok I can live with that

so I may as well at least get the cirrus e30 registered, nope, they don't take CC or Debit Card.....

Alrighty then, Maybe they should come on into the 21st century :p

most DMV are contracted, and are not Gov. offices. and you wont be paying what your renewal notice says to pay. they usually tack on 3 bucks or so. save yourself time a few bucks and the hassle. send a check thru the mail. (if youre renewing)
the DMV is probably worse than the post office. wheres all the cents from stamps going? toward more "next window please" signs?

Just do it all over the internet, James. It's so much easier that way. Most of the counter clerks at the DMV are on a lean mixture anyway.

Listen to the song "DMV" by Primus. You'll feel better.

find a privately owned DMV office instead of a goverment one. There's several in bellingham, I'm sure there's plenty of them in tacoma.

If you are a AAA member, most field offices have DMV services offered for members. It beats having to deal with the gross citizens found at the local DMV office.

I swear, apart from Waffle House, the DMV's must hire the stupidest people on the face of the earth. My mom, who is Colombian, has a slight accent. She went to get her license renewed, and the lady asked her for identification (other than her expired license), so my mom handed her an AMERICAN passport (which would obviously imply citizenship) and the lady looks at my mom and says: Umm, do you have a green card to be in this country? Fucking redneck idiots. No wonder we're (SC) at the bottom of the education rankings.
