Their - Denotes ownership (e.g. Fraud will kill their business)

They're - Contraction of the words "they are". (e.g. They're going get in trouble if they keep peddling those speakers.)

Ok. Now you have NO excuse for using the wrong word in the improper context.

Sorry, I know all of this but I type fast and don't care, this has been covered.

I know this but alot of the times I just overlook it because I type fast. I'm not really that concerned with correcting it so if you can't live with it, skip over my post's because I'm not taking the time to correct it.

I understand what is correct but I've always sucked at grammer if I'm not consciously thinking about it. It's something I'm not good at unless I'm paying attention to it. I'll try to be a little more conscious of it but I can tell you now, I'm not going out of my way.

If you can't deal with it I would just assume that it's gonna be crappy and move onto the next post.

I'm sure you have things you suck at too, I'm not going out of my way to correct them either.

If you know the correct word and the correct use of the word you would get it right regardless of how fast you type. Even if you spell it wrong but get the right word, that is more forgiveable than outright using the wrong word.

You can correct me all you want but I'm probably gonna skip over your corrections. I don't care. You can look back at my posts, sometimes I'll use those words the right way and sometimes I wont so it's not a matter of ignorance it's a matter of me not conciously paying attention.

People make mistakes here all the time, If you need to correct grammer have fun with them. I don't really care about it enough.

If you're gonna correct me be sure to spend time correcting everyone else. If you don't I'll take it that you're picking on me. I found it funny in Banzotti how everyone was correcting me, and half the time they're making mistakes as bad or worse than mine as they corrected me. Sure everyone was coming down on me, but to me the points they were trying to make and their opinons were meaningless because it was one sided. I saw it for what it was, people trying to get the best of me as they were being biased towards their side. If they weren't bullying me with their bias they would have also corrected their friends which they didn't. To me this bias made them weak and made ALL the points they were trying to make...pointless.

If you're gonna be the grammer police be sure you spend your time correcting EVERYBODY, including yourself. If it's just me I'll find your corrections pointless and see it as you attacking me. Have fun checking posts from now on teach, can't wait to hear Blunt's responses when you correct him.

Another great group that's beliefs were one sided...the Nazi's . Listening to a group of people with a distorted opinion is not listening to fact it is listening to their made up fiction and it should have no effect upon you.

NOW LET'S GET BACK TO THE SPEAKER SCAM!

I called the white van guy up this morning and met up with him to ask him who he worked for and where he really got those speakers. He was like, "Look, this is a REALLY great deal and these are the only 2 left that I decided to hold for you. Now I got a guy meeting me in 30 minutes unless you want these speakers now." Long story short, the guy eventually drove off. He probably figured out that I was wise to the scam. I am still going to see if I can find someone to run his tag number.

This scam has been around a long time! I bought a set back in the early 90's. I knew it was a scam, but I got them down to $100 bucks from like $500 and thought what the f%ck, how bad could they be for $100.

I had them for years, they were awesome. My nephew still has them to this day. Being able to tell the story of them being "white van speakers" was just an added plus.:)

they do this scam around college campuses in the fall when freshmen are moving in ...

i rememeber it happened to me, and i was so spacey, the guy was like "HEY im trying to get rid of these speakers, u want?"

and im like "OK SURE!"

and i continue to ask him all these questions about the speakers, and i go to walk away with the box, and hes like, hey just gimme $200 for em ... and i was like what? i thought u were giving them to me? i dont want to buy them!! lol

I had a guy and a girl try this to me while I was pumping gass.

They were persistent fuckers and eventually I was just like "I don't want your fucking speakers." They then took off to the next guy at the pump and he actually started to check them out. It was a cracked out looking white couple too, no van though.
