so i drove an hour away to look at and test drive a car, i called the lady yesterday that owns it and let her know i was coming. she said shed be there ALL day today. i show up, the car looks trashed, the lady is nowhere around and doesnt answer her phone. im fucking pissed/dissapointed/ready to kick this lady in the throat.

A couple of things I was just thinking about re: variations of E34s. I know the big-6 M30 motor is a torque monster and utterly bulletproof, but its pretty heavy as well. An M50 with mild tweaking (chip, injectors, intake, exhaust) should bring it close to what a stock M30B35 makes but the lighter front end should make for more nimble handling. Also, with the vanos M50 cars ('93 to '95), an S50 upgrade should be a plug-n-play affair....at least in theory.
