I have an 885 head, freshly rebuilt with about 50 miles on it.

What would i change/replace on the bottom end of the engine?

If you pull the engine yourself, strip it down to the head, and bring it to the machine shop you are looking at roughly $1200 to $1700. Much more if you take it to a mechanic. And if you go that route, you might as well take to a shop that specializes in engine replacement.
