I thought I would ask for advice on this one.
I bought a trunk from Euromethod a while ago, it took him about 3 weeks to ship it out and eventually, I got it damaged.
Had Fedex pick it up, provided all the paperwork for the claim and was told this is to be handled with the shipper.
I contacted him, asked for a refund since the cause of the damage was either Fedex or the shipper (insufficient packaging) and since then, he's been ignoring me and barely answering emails. Actually has not responded to the last ones I sent.
I am out the cash, need a trunk lid but don't have the money.
I thought I'd ask what you guys think and I would what this guy if I were any of you.
