Sorry man there is no valence on that car. Just the part that the valence clips to.

Holy shit you've read my mind! ...sort of.

I have euro bumpers also/ and a euro valence and i lip.
But i have been looking for something different for ages, and recently ive been searching and searching for information/pictures about swapping a late valence onto euro bumpers.

I actually think this looks great! (asside from the grills lights and #plate obviously.)
I also think this would look even better on a dark car (like mine!:p)
And i think id prefer is over reiger...

Dies anyone have any more info on this?...
was it just a direct swap + black paint in gap?

Someone please shed some more light on this subject!

          BUMP!!!!!

          thanks

I think that car^ looks like shit with that huge gap like that. If you are going to do it, at least do what I did and shorten the valence to eliminate the enormous gap under the bumper.

I would love to do that, i like the smmaller gap on yours.
But i hope the photos of it you posted do not do it justice, the fitment of the euro bumper looks terrible, (i mean the gap above it)

Do you have pics of the final product? i know you said that photo was more of a test fit. I would definitely shorten the valence vertically like you have if i did this.

Its a shame your car is white, it really shows up the gaps in the daylight.
Can you post how exactly you did it? pm if you like.

I'm planning on selling mine, but with the front and rear bumps. Pretty cheap.

I don't have many pics left of that car. Here is a side shot though. I did that to my ex's car, but I haven't seen her or the car since we broke up a year ago so I can't go take any good pictures of it for you.

The fitment above the bumper that you say looks terrible has nothing to do with my modified valence. That is simply my sloppy test fit. If the fitment looks bad below the bumper, then you can blame it on the valence.

try bending put the bottom of the euro bumper to take up the gap then have it re-chromed. or even bend it out and add material then have re-chromed. theres about a 1/2" of material thats bent under the bumper. just a thought.

You're right that looks 1000x better once properly fitted. Its a shame you cant get anymore photos of that car, it looks perfect.
Well done. I really want to do this now!
