what was the logic behind this?... i liked the stickers but it isnt my car. nice clean look though...sad to say now it blends in more with the other e30m3's its color. cept wheel and roundels, n maybe some other stuff i dont know bout.
WOW, that looked awsome with the graphics. And it still looks amazing with them removed. Did you come up with the scheme yourself? I have seen the Warstiener scheme, but that was unique.

the logic behind this is that I work for a beer distributorship and about 6 months ago budweiser bought the import beer portfolio(inbev) which hoegaarden was part of... so now We don't sell the beer anymore... so I was advertising for the dierct competitor...The owners and bosses at the company kept on asking me when I was going to remove the stickers...Also Of all the cars I drive and own, this is now the only car without a beverage sponser on it...My work van is covered in rockstar decals, my 1972 lincoln mark IV is covered in Pabst logos...It was crazy with how many people would stare at me when I drove by...It was nice... yesterday with out stickers I got 2 thumbs up from cars driving next to me... so the car still has it...
The black triangle on the hood has been on there for almost the whole time I have owned the car (6+ years).. the week I got the car I came back to the car to find a shopping car resting and scratching the hood...It's just a band aid..
Also I have the rare oppertunity to get another beer sponsor when ever I want to...My boss has talked to Warsteiner and they want me to design a car for them...It would be crazy to get sponsored by the origional e30 ///m3 sponsor...But I want to design the car around there Non-alcholic beer.. Warsteiner "Fresh"... the color scheme will work a lot better with my silver car as a background... also it would be the 1st "fresh" warsteiner car...So once My fieancee gets back from europe(shes a graphic designer) I will begin to put all the crazy ideas in my brain to paper...I really want to make my next so called "racecar/ promo car" track nasty.. I want to make her look crazy... I just need to contact a few people to see if they would want to work/ sponsor me to make my idea come to life...I will certainly be asking the community for suggestions...
Trust me I wish I could of kept the decals, I really liked the design I made and how it turned out.. I believe that it may of been one of the 1st Silver e30 ///m3's to have a full decal kit...
TO put is simply... it was time for a change... and very inexpensive... Tony
thanks for everyones praise and comments... I really appreciate it...
What did Hoegaarden and what (will) Warsteiner do for you as far as actual sponsorship? I thought you just did it for fun.
Well Hoegaarden spent about $1,400+ on the sticker kit...They bought me the carbon fiber evo spoiler and front lip.. so I got a little bit over $3000, in the last deal... I am looking for about the same from warsteiner if possible...Money for decals and some left over for parts...my new idea calls for more carbon...
