Even if it doesn't improve your car, the sheer amount of smoke it produces makes it worthwhile. I got a kick out of driving around with smoke billowing out behind my car.

I did it just yesterday and I'm not totally convinced of the results. It definitely doesn't run any worse, and for $10 or whatever, the smoke show alone is worth it.
