For the record- I think the car shined up great, and it's definitely unique- but I personally am not feelin' the Grafitti-style windshield banner. Looks like he changed wheels more often that Carbin Fever changes his underwear- most of them looked pretty good to me though. Get over yourself dude, the E30 enthusiast world will not self destruct without you.

Its part of the 'accessorized' look. The more stupid shit you can slap onto your car with drywall screws, the cooler it is. Think: teal Ford Explorer with windshield visor, bug deflector, grill guard, headlight covers, side steps, fender flares, hood scoop, mirror tint job, chrome exhaust tip, chromed stock wheels, blown-out suspension, douchebag with his hat sideways, etc.

hey man "building a car" is serious business. you have to install wheels,stickers,rain deflectors on your side windows, more stickers and roof racks. car was an abortion when he finally got it done but the kid appeared to be a talented photographer and i enjoyed his pictures. i think he has attitude because he got dogged so much. id probably be the same. naw i wouldnt

I have to say.. I saw this picture (not even on r3v) before I got my 325is and it made me want to get a red late model with black wheels. So, when I get my mostly red IS, I kept it red and decided on the wheel combo on this pic alone.
