GP of Monaco- Who was at fault?

Well, the question I have is, who was responsible for Schumacher's crash? Was it his own fault or was it JPM's? I think it was Schumacher's, but I would like to hear other opinions.

it was his own damn fault, he locked his own breaks up, and if i remember right, he was behind JPM. stupid mistake, his fault.

Didnt the Jaguar team have a $350,000 diamond on the front of their car and crashed it and lost it?

when i saw the crash i was like "wtf? what happend there? werent they on a pace lap?!"

and the announcers were like "what.... ummm.... what the.... what happend there... it looks like shuemacher has damaged the front of his car... but how?!?"

after seeing the replay many times i just figured it was his fault. although i cant belive it happend. thank god he didnt fuck up montoya though.

but what are u sayin about the jag? why would they put a diamond on the front of a race car. that dont make any sence! thats aasking to loose money.

                Ok....my thoughts.

                1. MS was at fault for what happened. I don't know wtf he was thinking.....but it clearly looks like he was at fault to me.

                2. Who came up with idea of mounting an uninsured diamond worth $250K+ on the nose of an F1 car? Whoever it is, that guy is a gleaming jewel of colossal ignorance.

It was a publicity stunt from what I heard on the radio...I still dont get why they did it.

i just read an article that said it mightve all just been a clever PR stunt:

"It has sparked speculation that it was nothing more than a clever PR stunt. Manager of Communications Nav Sidhu said it was his idea to embed $200,000 flawless diamonds courtesy of a single-race sponsor into the R5's nose cones. Rookie driver Christian Klien crashed his mount nose-first into the wall."

"When Jaguar got the damaged car back, the diamond was missing. But some are demonstrating scepticism at the interesting 'co-incidence' that Jaguar were also plugging the new Hollywood movie 'Ocean's Twelve' at Monaco. Actors George Clooney and Brad Pitt, who co-incidentally play international diamond thieves in the film's plot, were there as guests to watch the race."

He was ahead of montoya on the track, who was a lap down as well. Schumi locked up the brakes to brake check, then got a little squirrely when he got back on the power, Montoya went to the inside & clipped shumi's right rear.

Swing wild, brake later, don't apologize.

only jaguar isn't content on going out in almost every race. Now they are finding ways to make it cost more to go out early.

The announcers said he was slowing down so he could roast the tires to get them warm. JPM had now where to go.
