Dynoed my E30 turbo! Boost leak( PICS)

Ok guys, I had the chance to make some free runs on a:

Bosch Dyno Model FLA - 203 (came directly from germany)

It messured in DIN (not SAE)

The university gave me a coupples of runs free.

Here you can see when I started from zero in 4TH GEAR! also in that RUn we Messured the CO2 with another machine exclusive for that RUN here they are.

REMEMBER, all was with a Significant Boost Leak was located on the TB rubber, by thursday will be fixed and will Dynoed my E30 again.

Also the Dyno messured my 0-60 Time, is attached at the right of the first graphic

0-100Km/h (0-61MPH I think) messured 4.6 SECS

And remeber it was with a big BOOST Leak , Boost Peak was 0.68kg/cm°2 That is arround 9.9 PS!!!!!

214.56 hp that's good but it's hard to deceipher your chart.

KW to hp x KW times 1.341 = HP

it appears that it made 159.9 or 160 kw in 4th and 5th correct? I had a hard time trying to read sideways.

But 160 kw is equal to 214 hp in ICAO figures.

you should see some serious torque and power when the boost leak is fixed
160kw is not at the wheels and it´s about 217hp wich is what a 4-5psi 2.5 should be making

so, is not a t the wheels? if not how much should be on the wheels? I fixed a bit the boost leak today and the car is rocket now compared from yesterday before the dyno.

It says when at 160KW it´s at 123KW at the wheels wich is = 170HP at the wheels in 5th gear

It goes to 130KW on another run in 4th gear

Thanks gunni for the explanation, so I got 170 Crappy RWHP ?? that suck!

By tomorrow should be fixed the boost leak and will dyno it again.

The guy told it should be messured in direct, I guessed was/is in 4TH gear, it's ok? That's why I made two pulls one in 4TH and 5TH. my diff. is 3.91 LSD, so wich should be the correct gear to messure the power ont he dyno? Getrag 260
