    just a thought???

    i was thinking of getting a hardtop for my 89 cabby. i was wondering where i would start looking? i have been on the internet and the forum and don't find much. i looked on realoem and it said that the set was NLA. so is there an aftermarket company or do i need to find one used?? just a thought

      Yes , used unless you can print money .

      Just keep scouring the popular boards along with CL and eBay .
      Expext to pay $1k-1.5k for decent used one .
      Even then you wi still probably need to redo the headliner .

          i got mine on ebay for 415$ if your in the right place at the right time you can get a good deal on one, mine was a huge hassle to ship and they broke the rear window so i recomend trying to find one localy

                  You might want to contact CR's bmwwholesale in PA. He had told me once that he had a new one if I remember well. He might still have it.
                  I'm going there this weekend to pick up a trunk lid and some other minor things.
                  Not sure what the website is though.
